HISTORIC GRANT PARK RESIDENCE

Perched on a mild hill in the Historic Atlanta neighborhood of Grant Park, this 1920s one-story Victorian bungalow’s owners wished for more room. The expansion raised the back roof and extended the rear with a deck and screened-in porch.  This Grant Park addition and renovation involved adding 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom + TV and study area upstairs and creating a primary suite on the main floor along with an updated and expanded kitchen that easily flowed into the dining room and rear deck to entertain dinner guests. All the bathrooms were updated. Historical details were designed and built to make the new addition fit seamlessly with the existing house.
