+ Coordination of your survey with a land surveyor (making sure that the surveyor places all the appropriate documentation on their drawing). *note: surveyor’s fee is not included in our fee
+ Research of your site’s zoning and design guidelines will be placed into an easy to read outline, providing you valuable site information such as: allowable lot coverage, building height, set backs, historic standards, insight into variances + more.
OurDesign Consultation offers you a chance to have a one on one consultation with us at your site to discuss all your dreams, wishes and needs for your home. During the consultation we will bring our almost 20 years of design and architecture experience to the table to help direct you. We will answer your questions, give you guidance on the process, walk your property with you to help you visualize your ideas and needs for your home.
Includes:
An exclusive one on one and in person one hour design consultation at your home’s site.
A post consultation email write up that will summarize what your needs and desires are for your home.
A 30 minutes via phone follow-up question and answer time.
A proposal will be included- if desired.

Our Pre-Design Packages make it easy for you to wet your toes without committing yourself to the full plunge into the complete design. Our packages are meant to give you a view into the possibilities of your property without the full design commitment. & if the possibilities look promising we would love to have the opportunity to walk you through to the next steps.
This package is the whole enchilada. It is meant for the client that wants to dive in but also really wants to make sure that what they want for their home can be achieved. It’s an investment before the ultimate investment of hiring us to design the full set of drawings to use to build your dream house, addition or renovation.

+ a hand sketch that will give our client a basic visual gesture of what can be designed for your site and home. This might be shown via a sketch of a proposed site plan or maybe a sketch of a proposed exterior elevation.
