HISTORIC GRANT PARK RESIDENCE

The original home was built in 1912. Over 100 years later, the owners hired my studio to expand to their one-story bungalow house. The expansion entailed building off the rear 3 levels: an in-ground terrace level with a private entrance, a main level with office, half bathroom, playroom, sunroom & a deck, and a second floor for their children’s bedrooms and bathroom + plenty of attic storage space. The clients were so thrilled with the results that the home was placed on the annual Grant Park Candlelight Tour of Homes.
