+ Coordination of your survey with a land surveyor (making sure that the surveyor places all the appropriate documentation on their drawing). *note: surveyor’s fee is not included in our fee
+ Research of your site’s zoning and design guidelines will be placed into an easy to read outline, providing you valuable site information such as: allowable lot coverage, building height, set backs, historic standards, insight into variances + more.
