This 3,000 square foot terrace level build-out’s design intent was to create an escape area for every member of the family. The layout includes a Bunk -Sleep over room & full bathroom for the kids and their friends. A Wine Room, Billiards Room with a fireplace, a Home Theater + Mini-Kitchen for those Georgia Tech Games and a full-blown Work-out room with cushioned floor, towel storage and sound system.
