BUCKHEAD RESIDENCE

Located in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, a beautiful 1940s Federal style home sat in disrepair and in need of some design attention. With that in mind, our studio was called to look at how to renovate and add on while paying homage to the home’s classic style. We sought to seamlessly match the request for a very small yet impactful side sunroom addition along with an interior renovation – to create a 2-level guest suite and some basic exterior upgrades or slate inlay driveway and retaining wall, new windows + garage doors and exterior lighting. Through shape, material selections and proportion, this was achieved.
